I guess under the circumstances, it's best that we don't meet. I'm going to jump on the bandwagon with the 2 weeks of no face to face contact, and let's wait and see where this is going. I do think it's good to get out and run! My suggestion is 4 days per week with a family member or in park running circles around a family member, 30-40 minutes are good. Hiking a mountain with family?  as well. If it looks better before it gets  too hot, we can start meeting again. These are weird times for sure. Make the best!
